By completing your purchase, you are agreeing to adhere to our Shipping Policy.
Presently, The Best Little Hat House in Boston, LLC ships merchandises to locations within the United States and U.S. territories. We work diligently to ship all orders as soon as possible.
Please allow 14 business days for the creation of your custom orders unless otherwise stated. All other orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders with expedited shipping will be processed and shipped the next business day. Please allow 5-7 business days for receipt after your order has been shipped. There may be delays in shipping during the holiday season. The Best Little Hat House in Boston, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the USPS or other shipping carriers.
Tracking confirmations are sent via email within 24 hours of your shipment.
Lost/Stolen Packages
The Best Little Hat House in Boston, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, unclaimed, or refused packages. The customer assumes all responsibility once the carrier has indicated that the package(s) has been delivered. All packages shipped are insured. You will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier if your package is lost or stolen.
Please ensure that you have entered the correct shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly due to an inaccurate address. Shipping addresses cannot be updated once a tracking number has been issued. Customers will be responsible for shipping both ways if an item has to be sent back.
Shipping Costs
Flat rate shipping is $25.00.
Pickup Orders
Pickup orders are verified, processed, and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. The Best Little Hat House in Boston, LLC will send you an email once your order is ready for pick up.
Pre-Orders
Pre-Order items are subject to delivery between 1-2 weeks of the estimated shipping date provided in the item's description at the time of purchase. Estimated shipment dates included in the description of items are approximate and are subject to change.
Having a Pre-Order item included in your order with other items will delay the delivery of your ENTIRE order.
Email us at bestlittlehathouse@gmail.com if you would like to arrange a split of the order. Item must be $100+ to split and ship separately.
Return Policy
The Best Little Hat House in Boston, LLC truly appreciates your business!
By completing your purchase, you are agreeing to adhere to our Return Policy. All items are carefully inspected before shipping. If you are displeased with your purchase for any reason, we will offer a store credit within 7 days of receiving the item.
Items should be in excellent condition with tags attached. The Best Little Hat House in Boston, LLC reserves the right to refuse any return if the item appears to be damaged, worn, or altered. Swimsuits, Bodysuits, Accessories, Lingerie, and Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please include the original packing slip or a note with your full name and/or order number. If you are exchanging an item, please indicate the size/color of the item you are exchanging for.

Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.

Merchandise must not indicate any signs of wear, must be free of the smell of fragrances and/or smoke, free of pet hair, and free of stains.

Merchandise must have all tags including hangtags attached.

Merchandise marked “Final Sale” and custom hats are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Processing Time
Upon receipt of your package, your return for store credit will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
