Caring for your Custom Hat

• Your hat will get dusty. Use a soft brush to remove dust and debris, starting at the left side of the hat and brushing counterclockwise.

• Hang your hat instead of laying it flat on the brim.

• For curled brim hats, store it upside down on its crown on a clean surface or in a hat box to avoid damaging the brim.

 

• Store felt hats in a cool, dry place.  

​

• Do not expose felt hats to direct sunlight or heat.

​​

• If your hat gets wet, shake off the excess water immediately. Allow the hat to dry naturally.

​​

• When cleaning felt hats, use a soft brush and spot clean as needed.

​

• When traveling with felt hats, store them in a hat box or wrap them in tissue paper.

​

• Do not store felt hats in plastic bags, as this can cause the felt to yellow.
